If you've been trying multiple times, you may be locked out for a few minutes or a few hours, as a security measure. Also, make sure that the handle is in a complete horizontal position before entering your combo and trying to open. In cases where the batteries are fresh, the green light comes on, but the handle won't move, it usually indicates a problem with the locking mechanism, which can stick, due to lack of lubrication. If you're not sure of your combination, the default code for this safe should be: 77, 22, 09,11, 64 try that if you havent changed the combo to a specific 'user' code, and see if it helps. However, there are various other alternatives we can try. The number beginning with an 'E' is the serial number, and unfortunately, I can't seem to find an owner's manual online for your safe's model.
